This page describes public website and inquiry-form handling for Long Tech Solutions.

The public website is intended for initial inquiries about transcription production from recorded proceedings, not for confidential case material.

Information submitted through the contact form

The inquiry form is intended for non-confidential initial project details only.

The current form structure includes name, organization, email address, optional telephone number, optional approximate recorded hours, optional requested completion date, optional source-format note, and a message field.

The contact form is intended for initial inquiry details only, and the site does not provide a public file-upload feature.

Do not submit recordings, case documents, access credentials, personally identifiable information, or other confidential material through this form.

Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify.

The public inquiry form uses Netlify Forms for submission processing and uses Netlify spam filtering, a honeypot field, and Netlify-provided reCAPTCHA 2 to reduce automated abuse.

No custom contact Function and no separate third-party transactional-email API are used for the current public inquiry flow.

Submission handling

Verified inquiry submissions are stored within the Netlify project interface until they are reviewed and deleted under current business handling practices, and they also generate email notifications sent by Netlify for review by the site owner or authorized business operators.

Current handling practice is to retain verified or spam-classified inquiry records only as long as they are needed for business review, follow-up, or abuse review, then delete them from Netlify.

Access to stored Netlify inquiry submissions is intended to be limited to Wesley Long and explicitly authorized Long Tech Solutions business operators with Netlify project access.

Netlify may also classify some attempted submissions as spam. Spam-classified or otherwise rejected attempts are not treated as normal verified submissions, and Netlify may still process or retain provider-side anti-abuse records where applicable.

This public website is not presented as a secure file-transfer system, secure evidence portal, or confidential case-intake system, and the public inquiry form should not be used for confidential case intake.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not include analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking features in the current implementation.

This page does not describe cookies or local-storage behavior beyond basic browser operation and provider behavior required for the current site and form flow.

Retention and additional public statements

This page does not publish a turnaround promise, confidentiality guarantee, or broad security or compliance certification for the public form.

Retention, deletion, and access practices for inquiry submissions are handled as part of current business operations and Netlify configuration, and they may change if the business updates its operational procedures.
